Wednesday, May 19, 6:00 pm. At the main shopping square of Zurich, Hirschenplatz, everything is as usually.
At 6:01 pm the F.e.t.i.s.h. crew rolls out an entire store onto the square, out of nowhere. First, well - it’s just a heap of used stage cases. The crew approaches the Lee Cooper Flagship Store and starts setting up a store-design. The stage case heap starts mutating into a store. Yeah right.
At 6:30 The “Gloss Pop Up Store” has been built – in no time. The F.e.t.i.s.h. crew now starts decorating – with a single iconic medium: duct tape.
At 7:00 The Gloss Pop Up is built.
The look is inspired by rock stages. All the objects were found at concert venues and clubs, near the ‘Original Gloss’ on Hardstrasse. So the “Gloss Pop Up Store” will bring creative counter culture vibes to the very busy yet very traditional Niederdorf.
The brand selection reflects the shop range, all the brands are linked to the music industry. The silhouettes are inspired by UK indie rock bands and very modern French ‘Vive le Rock Labels’.
“The Gloss Pop Up” offers Cheap Monday, April 77, Surface to Air, Olga de Polga, RDMC, Anti Sweden… this brand selection is for sure unique – and more so unique on pricing.
